Cookie Policy Followed by Mikro Cyber Cloud

This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”), as updated from time to time, supplements and its term and conditions are subject to MikroCyberCloud’s Terms of Service (“TOS”), by and between MikroCyberCloud and Customer, which are incorporated herein by this reference, and governs MikroCyberCloud’s use of cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, tracking technologies and other similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) through MikroCyberCloud’s websites, services, applications, tools and/or messaging (collectively, “Websites”). This Cookie Policy also explains a visitor, user, or MikroCyberCloud’s customer’s (collectively, “User”) rights to control a User’s access and use of the tracking technology(ies) used on the Websites.

By continuing to visit or use the Websites and any webpage(s) within the Websites, each User acknowledges and agrees to this Cookie Policy and further agrees to abide by the terms of the TOS, Privacy Policy, and/or any other terms and policies posted on the Website.

  1. Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on a User’s computer, phone, tablet, or other web-based electronic device (collectively, a “Device”), which can record information when User visits or interacts with the Websites. Each of these Cookies has a slightly different functionality, as explained below.

  1. Use of Cookies

MikroCyberCloud makes use of the following cookies:

Session Cookies: Cookies that expire and are erased after closing the web browser. Session cookies do not collect information from User’s Device.
Persistent Cookies: Cookies that are stored on User’s Device between Websites visits to remember User’s preferences specific to the Websites.
First-Party Cookies: Cookies that are created by the Websites for use while on the Websites.
Third-Party Cookies:Cookies that are created by third parties outside of MikroCyberCloud’s control and outside of the Websites.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of some of the Cookies used by MikroCyberCloud:

PHPSESSID: It is used to store the unique session ID for each User visiting the Websites. It is a Session Cookie and expires as soon as the browser is closed.
UID and PW: These are generated if User checks the “Remember Me” option when logging into the Client Area and are stored for 365 days unless User logouts of the Client Area.
AffiliateID: It is generated to track affiliates if the User uses an affiliate link to visit the Websites. It is stored for 90 days.
ss, twk_idm_key, TawkConnectionTime, twk_uuid: These third-party cookies generated by the live chat wizard and are stored for 180 days.

  1. User Control

At any time, User may block or remove all or some cookies, instruct a browser to indicate when a cookie is being implemented, by changing specific browser settings. However, blocking all or some cookies may limit certain functions on or access to the Websites. Unless cookies are blocked, they are reissued on the next visit to the Websites. The following links may help change these browser settings:

This Cookies Policy is a part of and incorporated into the TOS. References to TOS in the TOS shall include this Cookie Policy.

  1. Amendments

This Cookie Policy may be modified or amended in any respect at any time by MikroCyberCloud upon the posting to the Website. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. A User’s continued access and/or use of the Website or Services will be deemed acceptance to any such amended Website or Agreements. If you do not wish to continue to use the Services as a result of any such amendments, you may, without penalty, provide notice of your wish to terminate your Services to MikroCyberCloud.
